West End participates in the State Employees Charitable Campaign, and if you are a state employee, you can make a donation to West End via automatic payroll deduction.

West End has been approved to participate in Delaware’s Neighborhood Assistance Act program, which allows for a 50% state tax credit on qualifying donations of at least $2,500 from individuals and $10,000 from businesses. For example, an individual donating $2,500 could qualify for a credit of $1,250 on their Delaware State taxes. If you are at least 70 1/2 (at the time of making a donation) and have an IRA, you can donate up to $100,000 of the required minimum distribution to a 501(c)(3) charity and avoid paying federal income tax on that amount.
